Practices such as Rebirthing Breathwork and Holotropic Breathwork laid the foundation for the development of modern methods like CCB. Over the years, it has evolved into a trauma-informed, evidence-backed practice that integrates elements of psychology, somatics, and mindfulness to create a holistic approach to healing and growth.
